Two Voyeurism Arrests Made in Separate Cases

Two men have been arrested on voyeurism charges in connection with two separate cases. Colby Mensman is charged in the first incident. Sheriff's deputies say he filmed a sexual encounter with the victim without her consent. He has since bonded out of jail.
Randy Passi is charged in the second case. Lafayette police say they received a call Tuesday afternoon at around 3:30. Officials say Passi placed a camera in a shower at a house and used it to record video of a girl under the age of 17. Due to the victim's age, Passi also faces a child pornography charge.
