Two men accused of shooting at house

Today, Welsh Police Department arrested two men for attempted 2nd degree murder.
Authorities say, on October 7, 2012, a residence in the 1200 block of Welsh Street was shot allegedly at multiple times.
Today, two individual were arrested for that incident, say police.
Samuel Anthony Guillory, 21, of Welsh and William "Trey" Lynn Joseph III, 21, of Welsh were each charged with 2 counts of attempted 2nd degree murder and each with 1 count of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentality.
There were no injuries and the incident remains under investigation.
