Two Catfish Festival beating suspects arrested; third won't turn self in

Two of the three men accused of beating a man unconscious at the Catfish Festival in Washington have been arrested. The third suspect, Shelton Guillory III, has made it clear to police he's not turning himself in, according to Washington Police Capt. Richard Arceneaux. Laron Brandale Perrodin and Kennan J. Skinner were arrested around 4:00 this morning. We're waiting on details of their arrests.

Considering Guillory's criminal history, "we have no idea of what he's capable of," Arceneaux said. For that reason, he said anyone knowing Guillory's whereabouts should call 911 or the Washington Police Department at 337-826-3305.

The three men allegedly beat a man unconscious at the festival last weekend. They're accused of kicking an officer multiple times when he stepped in to help the victim.
