NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office has
identified two bodies pulled from Lake Pontchartrain as a man and
woman from Kenner.
John Gagliano, chief coroner's investigator, tells The
Times-Picayune Monday that 42-year-old Lynette Williams and
58-year-old Herbert Glass each died from a single gunshot wound to
the head.
Workers on a boat owned by Boh Bros. Construction Co. found the
bodies floating near the Interstate 10 twin spans bridge about 3
p.m Friday.
Investigators determined the couple was likely killed in the New
Orleans area and dumped into the lake before winds and tides
carried them to St. Tammany Parish.
