Two Arrested for Operating Meth Lab

On August 31, 2010 the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office narcotics division, acting on confidential information, executed a search warrant at 1640 Bradley Lane. Upon executing the search warrant, agents located a fully functional methamphetamine laboratory. Agents took Barry Montana of Evangeline Rd. New Iberia and Hollie Broussard also of New Iberia into custody and booked them into the Iberia Parish jail. Mr. Montana was charged with operation of a clandestine lab and criminal conspiracy.
Ms. Broussard was charged with operation of a clandestine lab, criminal conspiracy, poss. marijuana, possession of schedule III narcotics, possession of schedule II narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of legend drugs, the investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.
