Two Arrested for Allegedly Raping Port Barre Teen

Two men are in jail on rape charges for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl. Police say 35-year-old Horace Babineaux and 47-year-old Joseph Boutte engaged in intercourse while she was drunk. Police say Babineaux later admitted to having a consensual relationship with the teen and having a sexual relationship with another teenager. Babineaux also charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and purchasing alcohol for minors.
