LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) - A Lafayette man accused of robbing and killing a cab driver for less than $100 is set to stand trial Nov. 30.
Aaron James Francois faces charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.
A grand jury indicted Francois in April. He is being held in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
Francois and Kevin Guildhouse, also of Lafayette, were arrested in the Feb. 23 shooting death and robbery of Wallace Badeaux, a 35-year-old Lafayette cab driver.
Badeaux was found shot in the back of the head execution-style in his cab.
