City Club Manager Mary Beth Langlinais says yoga is a mind and body form of exercise that compliments other workouts. It enhances coordination, balance, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and helps with breathing. Pilates incorporates many yoga poses and a class with Pilates instructor Toni Heinen certainly gets the heart pumping! During the interview, Mary Beth encouraged that anyone considering visiting a gym not let intimidation stand in the way.
