Tornado Strikes Rayne

Officials say an early morning tornado claimed a woman's life and injured 11 people Saturday morning.
Dozens of power lines went down, several gas leaks were reported and tops were ripped off of homes.
The town's mayor, Jim Petitjean called for a mandatory evacuation in northwest Rayne.
About fifteen-hundred had to leave their homes.
Emergency crews were sending residents to Rayne's Fire Station.
