Two top officials at the Lafayette Housing Authority have quit less than a week after the agency was mandated to get federal approval for all spending.
Executive Director Walter Guillory and Deputy Director Jonathan Carmouche left their posts Monday. Last week, the Department of Housing and Urban Development said the agency cannot spend anything without HUD backing.
KATC's Shawn Kline will have more at 5, 6, and 10:00 tonight.
