Theresa Davis Andrus 100th Birthday Celebration

Theresa Davis Andrus celebrated her 100th birthday on Saturday, November 24th, just a few days before her actual birthday of November 27th. The celebration was held at
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in LeBeau, LA. It consisted of a Mass of Thanksgiving at 4:00 p.m. followed by a Reception at 6:00 p.m. and a Zydeco Dance at 8:00 p.m. in the church's hall. Hundreds of family and friends were in attendance. Theresa was and still is an inspiration and role model for many people in the community.
Theresa's favorite saying is "They'll know we are Christians by our love" and she definitely possess a lot of love for her family and friends. She credits her longevity to being a child of God, living as she was taught and just taking life one day at a time.
