Title Boxing offers a variety of classes to help you get fit and learn skills to help you in the real world.
It's not just about self-defense. Boxing and kickboxing can help your balance, reaction time and attentiveness to things around you.
This particular kickboxing class was very fast paced and high energy.
As with any class like this you will burn a lot of calories and get a strength training element too.
