BATON ROUGE (December 8, 2009) - The Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) is sending Individual Assistance and Public Assistance Technical Review Teams to assess damages after a weather system moved through southern Louisiana last night bringing flooding and power outages. Iberia, St. John the Baptist, and Assumption parishes have issued emergency declarations.
