After receiving a tip, our investigation team requested the list of vendor payments by the Lafayette Parish School System, from January through March of 2012, to see if Thad Welch was on the payroll before officially being hired as Superintendent's Special Assistant. He was - we'll tell you in what role and how much he was being paid.
