Texas man charged with 4th offense DWI

A Texas man is facing his 4th offense DWI after deputies say they found him sleeping in his car. 46-year-old Robert Magee was allegedly found passed out in the driver's seat of his car, parked outside a home on E. Tank Farm Road just after 10:00 Sunday morning. Deputies say they detected a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath, along with slurred speech. Magee refused a field sobriety test. Magee, who was convicted of DWI 3rd in 2009, was booked into Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with DWI 4th; and driving under suspension.
