A Carencro resident is fed-up with discolored water provided by Total Environment Solutions Inc. Chris Auzenne's water is yellow.

"I'm not the smartest man in the world but I wouldn't think yellow water is the safest thing to drink," Auzenne said.

Auzenne and his family live in the Young Acres subdivision of Carencro and their water is supplied by TESI.

You may recall a story we did back in February at a Youngsville subdivision (the article is linked to this story).
Today, it's the same company with similar problems.

"It's an ongoing thing." Auzenne says, "I don't feel the service I'm getting is acceptable at all."

We contacted TESI's CEO Bill Schoening about these problems and he says the yellow water is caused by iron.
Schoening says the issue was fixed in Youngsville but if the levels don't come down in Carencro, they'll look into getting water from another system.

Until that happens, Auzenne is left waiting and wondering if he'll find clear water coming from his faucet.

"I just want clear water." Auzenne says, "I was always taught water is clear."

Schoening also says crews are currently working on this issue in Carencro. While he couldn't give an exact time-table, he says the problem will be fixed shortly.
