Teens killed in weekend DeSoto Parish accident

MANSFIELD, La. (AP) - An 18-year-old from Mansfield and a 17-year-old from Converse have been killed in a weekend traffic accident.
The accident happened early Sunday morning on Louisiana Highway 191 at its intersection with Louisiana Highway 763.
Investigators said driver Jonathan Mann, of Mansfield, and his passenger, Evan James Urda, of Converse, were killed when the pickup truck they were in ran off the highway and struck a tree. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
