A 15-year-old who was shot yesterday in Opelousas remains on life support today. Opelousas Police Cheif Perry Gallow says the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency also known as LOPA has been contacted.
Cheif Gallow also says, as of today, no charges have been filed.
The shooting happened Friday around 4:00pm. Police say the teen was shot inside a home in the 1300 block of Fern Street. Two teens who were in the home at the time of the shooting were questioned. Cheif Gallow says, the case is still actively under investigation.
