Teen killed in Catahoula Parish crash

JONESVILLE, La. (AP) - State police say a Jonesville teenager died in a single vehicle accident on La. Highway 923 in Catahoula Parish.
The accident happened around 4 p.m. Thursday west of Jonesville.
Troopers say a pickup, driven by a 17-year-old, left the roadway and collided with a culvert.
Investigators say the driver was not wearing his seatbelt and received minor injuries.
A passenger, 15-year-old Weston C. Brown, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
