South West LA Area Health Education Center (SWLAHEC) and Women's & Children's Hospital Kids Specialty Center are gearing up for the second annual PLAYday! It will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012. The PLAYday is a family fitness expo, The PLAYday event is designed to educate parents and children on how to get active, eat healthy and be fit throughout the summer. There will be loads of summer activity demonstrations, summer camps and organizations children can sign up for. It is free to the public, and will be from 10am until 2pm.
