Suspects Sought in Theft of Elderly Woman's Purse

Lafayette, LA - Detectives are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two suspects who are believed to have participated in the theft of an 85 year old woman's purse.
The incident occurred on January 7, 2013, while the victim was shopping in the 3100 block of Ambassador Caffery Parkway. The purse was stolen from the shopping cart, which was being used by the victim. The suspects were captured on surveillance video as they exited the store.
Detectives are asking anyone with information as to the identity of the suspects to contact Lafayette Police or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
