Two men accused of raping a woman who blacked out at a nightclub in Lafayette June 5 were indicted Wednesday for aggravated rape.
Deion Hill, 21, and Lajuan Linton, 25, were named as suspects in the alleged rape.
On June 6, Lafayette police officers were called to Regional Medical Center in response to a reported sexual assault, according to police reports.
The victim told police that she went to a nightclub with friends the day before and consumed a few alcoholic beverages.
She reportedly blacked out shortly after having a few drinks and later woke up in her bed to someone having sex with her.
According to the victim, she awoke again the next morning with a different man having sex with her. She said she tried to push the second man off of her but then passed out again.
Hospital officials told police there were signs of forced sexual trauma.
The victim identified both suspects through a photo lineup.
Hill is no longer listed as an inmate in the Lafayette Parish Jail. Linton is still being held on a $250,000 bond.
