Suspected Purse Snatcher Arrested

Calcasieu Parish sheriff's deputies have arrested a suspected purse snatcher. Deputies say 17-year old Joseph Kirklin admitted to stealing the victim's purse is a local casino parking lot. Deputies also say Kirklin confessed to a July 5 Lake Charles home burglary and making charges to a credit card taken from the home. Kirklin is charged with theft, simple burglary, unauthorized use of an access card, and purse snatching.
