Suspect Allegedly Robs Couple She Thought Stole Her Meth

A Lafayette woman is in jail after being accused of using a baton to rob a couple she though stole meth from her. Investigators say 38-year-old Sheree Fournet Leal made off with over $400 in cash, which was later recovered. Officials say there is no evidence showing the victims stole any drugs from Leal. Leal is charged with armed robbery. Her bond is set at $76,000.
