Superintendent Contract Extension and Pay Raise

LPSS Superintendent Burnell Lemoine's contract will be discussed at the Lafayette Parish School Board meeting tonight at 5:30.
His original contract provides for the term to expire December 31, 2010. The LPSS may amend the contract to extend the expiration date of the contract to December 31, 2011.
The salary would change from $153,163.37 to $156,992.45, a 2.5% increase.
