Sulphur man arrested for tossing concrete and wood over bridge

A Sulphur man has been arrested for allegedly throwing large pieces of concrete and wood of Fabacher Overpass on I-10 near Vinton. Several people were injured and 13 vehicles were damaged, totaling more than $10,000.
Dalton J. Jaquillard, 19, is accused of tossing debris off the bridge between February 12 and 14, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office spokesperson Kim Myers said. Jaquillard is charged with aggravated criminal damage to property; and aggravated assault. The investigation is continuing with additional charges and arrests expected.
