North Central High 8th grade student Mick Wiltz says he was sitting talking to a friend Tuesday during P.E. when the unthinkable happened.
"I seen some boys they had a copper pipe and they were bending it. Next thing I know they came stuck it on my neck," says Wiltz.
The pipe was so hot from the friction of being bent, the next day Wiltz has a burn mark.
Mick says he isn't the first these students have burned in this manner at North Central.
"I freaked out," says his mother Lachanda Jones
She says when she got to school and learned her son was burned with a copper pipe she was started shaking, she wanted justice.
"Ireally wanted to hit him, but I knew I was going to be in jail because he's a minor."
Jones says the school's administration should also be held responsible.
"They need to find out what's really going on, or either take more action with this. They shouldn't even be having copper pipes at school."
