Stephensville Woman Arrested For Allegedly Embezzling More Than $100,000

On July 13, 2010, a former employee with the St. Martin Parish Water & Sewer District in Stephensville was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center for allegedly embezzling more than $100,000.00.
Barbara Topham Vicknair, 60, of Morgan City was charged with 383 counts of Monetary Instrument Abuse, Malfeasance in Office, and Injuring Public Records. Vicknair was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center and is being held on a $100,000.00 bond.
