Statement released in helicopter crash

The company that owned the helicopter that crashed in Intracoastal City released a statement.
Investigators say the craft crashed about a quarter of a mile from its where its take-off location, which the United States Coast Guard says is the Chevron Heliport.
The pilot, Carl Amos, from Corpus Christi, Texas was fatally injured. There were no other passengers on board.
