LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) - The International Center of Lafayette, the international trade division of the Lafayette Consolidated Government, and the Louisiana Economic Development have organized a three-day oil and gas trade mission for Louisiana companies to Mexico City.
The first 15 companies that complete the application and pay a nonrefundable $200 fee will be accepted for the trip March 27-29.
The proposed agenda includes briefings on March 27 by the U.S. Commercial Service and the Mexican state-owned petroleum company PEMEX.
On March 28-29, companies would have individual appointments with PEMEX, its suppliers, and other key oil and gas companies.
