According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 72 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 88 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Orlin A. Guerrero 28 of Village Lane Amelia La. was arrested on 11-20-09 at 9:56 P.M. on the charge of Criminal Damage to Property. Guerrero was arrested after Deputies responded to a complaint in the Amelia area. Allegedly Guerrero threw a kitchen knife at a storm door damaging it. Guerrero was processed and later released on a $500.00 dollar bond.
Rusty Louviere 32 of Bittersweet Ln. Loreauville La. and Robert Broussard 32 of 1075 Attakapa Dr. St. Martinsville La. were arrested on 11-12-09 at 3:04 A.M. Both were arrested after Deputies investigated a complaint called in from a Franklin area lounge. After investigation Louviere was charged with Disturbing the peace by Fighting and Broussard with Disturbing the peace by Fighting and Simple Criminal Damage to Property. Louviere was processed and released on a $250.00 bond and Broussard $750.00 dollar bond.
Scott James Bayard 29 of E. Broussard La. was arrested on 11-21-09 at 4:04 A.M. and charged with Resisting an Officer. Bayard allegedly took flight from Deputies who where looking for him as the result of an investigation of a complaint. Bayard was processed and released on a $1000.00 dollar fine.
Shazir Gaudet 19 of Hebert St. Franklin La. and Tyler Sultan 17 of the same address were arrested on 11-21-09 at 5:05 p.m. and charged with Simple Battery. Deputies responded to a complaint in the Franklin area. After investigation that gaudet and Sultan had committed a battery on a single victim. Both were processed and released on $500.00 dollar bonds.
Travis J. Bartley 24 of Bartley Ln Charenton La. was arrested on 11-21-09 and charged with Resisting an Officer by giving False Information. Bartley was arrested during an investigation of Loitering in the Four Corners area. Allegedly Bartley gave a false name to Deputies resulting in the arrest. Bartley was processed and released on a $1000.00 dollar bond.
Thomas R. Casey 51 of NE 2nd St. Pompano Fl. was arrested on 11-22-09 at 2:42 a.m. and charged with improper lane Use and DWI third offense. Casey was incarcerated in the Jail and no bond has been set.
Glenn Rochel Jr. 26 of Laura Dr. Patterson La. was arrested on 11-22-09 at 6:07 P.M. and charged with Resisting an Officer Disturbing the peace intoxicated and trespassing. Deputies arrested Rochel after investigation of a complaint in the Patterson area. Allegedly Rochel fled from Deputies conducting an investigation. Rochel was incarcerated and his bond set at 1750.00 dollars.
Kenneth B. Kiff 42 of Adcock Rd Rayville La. was arrested on 11-22-09 at 11:05 p.m. and charged with DWI 2nd Careless Operation, Suspended Drivers License and Open Alcoholic container. Kiff was arrested after Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident in the Bayou Vista Area. Kiff was incarcerated and no bond has been set.
Junior R. Adams 28 of Kidd St. Morgan City was arrested on 11-22-09 at 1105 P.M. on warrants for failure to appear for City court in Morgan City and Probation Violation. Adams was processed and transferred to Morgan City Police.
Jermaine L. Spain 25 of Mechanic St. Franklin La. and Adam C. Davis 33 of Madison St. Franklin La.
were arrested on 11-22-09 at 5:45A.M. Both were arrested after Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Davis and occupied by Spain. After investigation a small amount of cocaine and items typically used in the sale of narcotics were found in the vehicle. Davis was charged with Stop Sign Violation, Improper Lane Usage, Obstruction of Justice Possession of Cocaine With intent to Distribute 2nd offense and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Spain with Resisting and Officer, Possession of Cocaine with intent to Distribute, possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on a warrant for Driving under suspension. Both were incarcerated and no bonds set.
Frederick McDaniel 53 of Gumpoint Lane Franklin La. was arrested on 11-22-09 at 4:14 P.M. on warrants for Failure to Appear on charges of Speeding expired License Plate and Issuing Worthless checks. He was incarcerated and his Bond set at $5000.00 dollars.
