St. Mary Sheriff Hosts Meth Lab Seminar

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office recently hosted a seminar for police departments on how to identify meth labs. Seventy-five officers from seven law enforcement agencies attended the course. They learned how to recognize chemical combinations and components used to make meth. Local agencies that took part in the training include the Patterson and Berwick Police Departments and the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office.
