St.Mary's Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the holiday reporting period (Wednesday-Sunday) the Sheriff's Office responded to 183 complaints and reports the following arrests:


Bryan P. Roy, II, 24, 211 Southeast Blvd. Apt. #2, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on November 21, 2012 at 4:36 pm at the Walmart in Bayou Vista for theft. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting. Upon arrival at the store the deputy learned from store security that Roy was observed placing items in his pants. Roy then attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. He was released on a summons to appear in court on February 27, 2013.

Rose Levy, 41, 196 Ewell Street, Belle Rose, LA was arrested on November 22, 2012 at 1:08 am on a warrant from the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office for simple battery, disturbing the peace, and interfering with medical treatment. A deputy responding to a complaint on Hwy. 182 in Centerville came into contact with Levy who was wanted on the warrant from Assumption Parish. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.

Kevin Darby, 22, 403 Martin Luther King Ave., Patterson, LA was arrested on November 22, 2012 at 2:27 am in the Patterson Civic Center parking lot for disturbing the peace intoxicated. A deputy observed Darby yelling at another male subject. After being asked several times by the deputy to leave the area, Darby refused. The deputy observed the odor of alcohol on Darby's breath and person. Darby was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $250 bond.

Debra Myers, 53, 3149 Fifth St., Berwick, LA was arrested on November 22, 2012 at 8:39 pm at Walmart in Bayou Vista for simple battery. A deputy working detail at the store responded to a report of an altercation near the clothing area Upon arrival the deputy learned from witnesses that Myers punched a female victim in the face. Myers was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. She was released on a $500 bond.

Lisa Landry, 47, 152 Glenn Becky Drive, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on November 23, 2012 at 9:55 am for simple criminal damage to property and reckless operation of a vehicle. A deputy patrolling the Charenton area responded to a complaint of a reckless driver. Upon arrival the deputy learned from the complainant that Landry spun her tires causing rocks to strike his vehicle. Landry was located at her residence and following the investigation was released on a summons to appear in court on February 27, 2013.

Jamie Tolentino Hernandez, 33, 1409 N. First Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on November 24, 2012 at 5:45 am on Highway 182 in Morgan City on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a motor vehicle without lawful presence in the United States and driving the wrong way on a one way street. A deputy observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed fail to stop at a stop sign and conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation the deputy learned that the driver of the vehicle, Hernandez, was wanted on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $1500.

Ceaser Keith Lopez, 38, 2532 Amanda Lane, Patterson, LA was arrested on November 24, 2012 at 10:02 pm for three counts of simple battery. A deputy responded to the residence listed above in reference to a complaint of a fight. Upon arrival the deputy learned from multiple witnesses that Lopez punched struck three victims, two males and one female, during a physical altercation. Lopez was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $1500 bond.

Candice K. Martin, 24, 181 Odile Lane #57, Amelia, LA was arrested on November 25, 2012 at 4:42 pm at Walmart in Bayou Vista for theft. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting. Upon arrival the deputy learned from store security that Martin was observed placing an item in her purse and concealing an item of clothing beneath another clothing item on a hanger. Martin then attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Martin was released on a summons to appear in court on February 27, 2013.

Billy Wayne Livingston, 46, 601 Park Avenue, Monroe, LA was arrested on November 26, 2012 t 2:51 am on a warrant from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office for forgery. A deputy was approached by Livingston on Hwy. 182 in Amelia. The deputy conducted a warrants check and discovered that Livingston was wanted on a warrant from Calcasieu Parish. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $5000.
