According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Cody Thibodeaux, 22, 2994 Fourth St. D. Berwick, LA was arrested on Septeber 25, 2012 at 2:08 pm at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for simple criminal damage to property over $500. A deputy was moving Thibodeaux to a holding cell when the inmate began kicking a door. Thibodeaux was placed in the holding cell and his handcuffs were removed. Thibodeaux then ripped a metal plate from the door and cracked a window with it. Thibodeaux was booked on the charge. No bond has been set.
Ninette J. Williams, 34, 730 Kem Street Patterson, LA was arrested on September 25, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Patterson High School for disturbing the peace. A deputy working security for the Patterson Junior High School football game heard someone yelling and using profanity in the parking lot area. The deputy then observed Williams yelling, cursing, and pointing her finger at another female subject. Williams was asked by the deputy to leave the area. She refused to leave and continued to yell and curse. Williams was released on a summons to appear in court on December 17, 2012.

During this 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 42 complaints and reports this additonal arrest:
Jarvis Dwayne Richard, 29, 304 Lockley St. Baldwin, LA was arrested on September 24, 2012 for introduction of contraband into a penal institution and possession of marijuana. Richard was surrendered on a property bond. A deputy was in the process of booking Richard when a bag of marijuana fell from his person. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
