According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 24 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 40 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Bianca Charles 17 yoa of 108 Kerry St., Baldwin and a Female Juvenile 16 yoa of Franklin were arrested on 3-12-2012 at 8:00 am for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. Deputy working at the St. Mary Alternative School watching the students as they walked into the cafeteria, when the two students began fighting. Both students were, placed under arrest with Bianca Charles being booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond and Juvenile being processed and released to guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
