St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Roland Boutte, Sr., 36, 1524 St. Joseph Street, New Iberia, LA was arrested on February 24, 2014 at 2:47 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy transported Boutte from the Richwood Detention Center to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on the warrant. Bail is set at $21,411.01.

Dontrielle Harris, 22, 416 Tabor Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on February 24, 2014 at 5:48 pm for theft, a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft, and parole violation. A deputy responding to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista learned from personnel that Harris was seen switching tags on items before attempting to leave the store. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Gather Lewis, 50, 517 Pellerin Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on February 24, 2014 at 8:44 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace, and remaining where forbidden. A deputy responded to a request to remove a subject from a residence on Martin Luther King Road in Charenton. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the subject who held an active warrant for her arrest. Lewis was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bail is set at $1,500.

Jeremy D. Williams, 32, 802 S. Main Street, Jennings, LA was arrested on February 24, 2014 at 8:47 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, loud music, and resisting an officer. A deputy responded to a single vehicle crash on Frontage Road in Centerville. The deputy made contact with the driver identified as Williams who held an active warrant for his arrest. Williams was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bail is set at $3,500.
