St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Paul P. Guidry, III, 36, 1428 Saturn Road, Morgan City, LA was arrested on September 3, 2013 at 11:09 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant from Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy located Guidry at his residence on the warrants. Guidry was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Tajh Guilbeau, 23, 136 Easy Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 3, 2013 at 11:59 am on four warrants for failure to appear on charges including operating a vehicle with a suspended license, possession of marijuana, and issuing worthless checks. A deputy located Guilbeau at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse on the warrants. Guilbeau was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Arturo Garcia, 32, 111 Lincoln Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 3, 2013 at 5:24 pm on the following charges:

Domestic abuse battery
Disturbing the peace (intoxicated)
Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving while intoxicated 2nd offense
Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods
Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Schedule I drugs

A deputy responded to a 911 call of possible domestic abuse at a residence in Patterson. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with a female victim outside the home. The deputy noted scratches on the victim's upper body and dried blood on her tank top. Inside the residence, the deputy located Garcia. The deputy smelled the strong odor of beer on Garcia's breath and person. When the deputy asked what happened at the residence, Garcia became belligerent using profane language. Following the investigation, Garcia was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
