According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 40 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Edmee Louise Allain, 46, 4682 Chitimacha Trail, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 29, 2013 at 11:21 am on a warrant for reckless operation. Allain was located on the warrant at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin. She was released on a summons to appear in court on November 6, 2013.
Robert Gaudet, 51, 119 Willie Mae Lane Lafayette, LA was arrested on August 29, 2013 at 2:57 pm for possession of Schedule II (Roxycodone). A deputy responded to a report of a reckless driver on Highway 90 in the Bayou Vista area. Using a description provided by the complainant, including the license plate number, the deputy located the vehicle on the side of the road. The driver of the truck had pulled over and stopped. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Gaudet. While speaking with Gaudet, the deputy watched him swaying from side to side. The deputy received consent to search the vehicle and located seven Roxycodone pills in a glove compartment. Gaudet was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
Donvin Mingo, 37, 125 11th Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 29, 2013 at 4:00 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs, abuse of toxic vapors, possession of drug paraphernalia, and issuing worthless checks. A deputy made contact with Mingo during a traffic stop in Bayou Vista and conducted a warrants check. Mingo was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
Charmaine M. Hebert, 27, 14 Harding Drive, Houma, LA was arrested on August 29, 2013 at 5:10 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana, illegal possession of stolen things, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misrepresentation during booking, and operating a vehicle without a driver's license. She was also charged on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. Hebert was transported from the Terrebonne Parish Jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrants. No bond is set.
