St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 49 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Jimmy McGraw, 34, 1026 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, LA was arrested on July 17, 2013 at 3:17 pm on a warrant for criminal neglect of family. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area made contact with McGraw near the intersection of Middle and Southwest Roads. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $14,053.25.

Hector Caballero, 37, 144 Odile Lane, Amelia, LA was arrested on July 17, 2013 at 6:57 pm for resisting an officer and on a warrant for sexual battery. A deputy located Caballero at his residence on the warrant. During the arrest, Caballero attempted to run away from the deputy. Caballero was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. The warrant for sexual battery stems from an investigation into a complaint received by the SMPSO on July 12, 2013. The deputy working the complaint received information that Caballero touched a female victim without her consent. No bond is set.

Courtney Long, 34, 1372 Joseph Street, Amelia, LA was arrested on July 17, 2013 at 9:33 pm on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons to appear in court on October 9, 2013.

Isaac Joseph, Jr., 46, 3644 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, LA was arrested on July 17, 2013 at 10:04 pm on a warrant for criminal neglect of family. A deputy made contact with Joseph during a traffic stop on Duhon Boulevard. Joseph was the driver of the vehicle. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy learned of the warrant for his arrest. Joseph was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. $7,241.73.
