According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Craig Anthony Alexander, Sr., 31, 100 North Coulee Lot #3, Baldwin, LA was arrested on May 30, 2013 at 9:31 am on warrants for probation violation, failure to appear for criminal neglect of family and on multiple traffic charges including driving under suspension. Alexander turned himself in on the warrant at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville. No bond is set.
Joann Mitchell, 53, 1450 Highway 662, Morgan City, LA was arrested on May 30, 2013 at 3:08 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Mitchell was located at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on the warrant. No bond is set.
Christopher Francis Early, 32, 118 Moon Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on May 31, 2013 at 3:40 am on a warrant for violation of a protective order. A deputy investigating a complaint in the Amelia area made contact with Early who was wanted on the warrant. Early was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
