St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 49 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Michael Ray Charles, 48, 2728 Hwy. 83 Jeanerette, LA was arrested on March 21, 2013 at 5:58 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for issuing worthless checks. A deputy responded to a complaint of a subject who refused to leave the property on Hwy. 83 in Jeanerette. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the subject who was identified as Charles. While speaking with Charles, the deputy learned of the warrant for his arrest. Charles was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
