St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Alicia N. Tucker, 17, 132 Todd Lane, Morgan City, LA was arrested on July 30, 2012 at 3:13pm for theft. While patrolling the Bayou Vista area a deputy responded to a complaint of a shoplifter at Wal-Mart. The deputy learned from store security that Tucker attempted to steal a bracelet valued at $3 from the store. Tucker was released on a summons to appear in court on October 4, 2012.
Frank Singleton Jr., 28, 123 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA was arrested on July 30, 2012 at 10:36pm on a warrant for failure to appear. A deputy was investigating a complaint at the address above when he learned of the warrant for Singleton's arrest. Singleton was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $500 bond.
