St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office
responded to 40 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Tyler Guerin, 17, 301 Carol Rd, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 24, 2012 at 9:58am at the
address above on a warrant for criminal damage to property. Guerin was located at his residence on
the warrant. On July 16, 2012 a deputy responded to a complaint of vehicle damage. During the
investigation it was learned that several homes in the Bayou Vista area had been egged. Guerin was
developed as a suspect in the egging. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and
incarceration. Guerin was released on a $500 bond. This is the fourth arrest in the case.

Arthur Jack, 17, 112 Lincoln St, Baldwin, LA was arrested on July 24, 2012 at 7:46pm at a residence
on Hwy. 83 in Ashton for simple criminal damage to property and simple assault. A deputy responded
to a complaint of a disturbance. Upon arrival the complainant stated that Jack broke a house
window. During the arrest Jack threatened several subjects at the home. He was transported to the
parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $1250.

Stephen M. Charpentier, 34, 134 Sidney Ln, Centerville, LA was arrested on July 24, 2012 at 9:26pm
on Prairie Rd. in Centerville for improper backing, failure to signal, and driving under
suspension. A deputy patrolling the Centerville area observed a vehicle come to a stop on Hwy. 182,
back up, and then make a turn. The deputy conducted a traffic stop during which it was learned that
the driver, Charpentier, had a suspended driver's license. Charpentier was released on a summons to
appear in court on October 4, 2012.

Sean Capak, 24, 1702 Donna Dr, Franklin , LA was arrested on July 24, 2012 at 9:37pm for possession
of synthetic cannibinoids, abuse of toxic vapors, break lights required, and a warrant for failure
to appear from St. Martin Parish. A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had no break
lights. When the deputy came into contact with Capak he appeared nervous. The deputy gained consent
to search his person and discovered a pack of synthetic cannabinoids in Capak's pocket. The deputy
also learned that Capak had a warrant for his arrest. Capak was transported to the parish jail for
booking and incarceration. No bond was set. He was later transported to another jurisdiction on the
warrant.

Nina Morgan, 30, 105 Rosepark Ln, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 24, 2012 at 10:14pm at the
address above on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. A deputy was investigating a complaint at
the residence and learned that Morgan had an outstanding warrant. She was issued a summons to
appear in court on October 4, 2012.
