St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 72 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office
responded to 115 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Mark Turl, 36, 111Jones St, Napoleonville, LA was arrested on July 20, 2012 at 10:50am for speeding
and driving under suspension. A deputy patrolling Hwy. 182 in Morgan City observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. The deputy conducted a traffic stop during which he learned that the driver, Turl, had a suspended driver's license. Turl was released on a summons to appear in court on October 4, 2012

Bree Aucoin, 17, 1407 Middle Rd, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 20, 2012 at 2:14pm on a warrant for simple criminal damage to property.

Ryan Francis, 17, 7108 Park Rd, Morgan City, LA was arrested on July 20, 2012 at 4:44pm on a warrant for simple criminal damage to property.

Ryan Boudreaux, 17, 212 Southeast Blvd, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 21, 2012 at 12:22pm on a warrant for simple criminal damage to property.

On July 16, 2012 a deputy responded to a complaint of vehicle damage. During the investigation it was learned that several homes in the Bayou Vista area had been egged. Aucoin, Francis, and Boudreaux were developed as suspects in the egging. The three were located on warrants over the weekend and transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Aucoin, Francis, and
Boudreaux were released. Each had a $500 bond.

Joseph Bias, 55, 105 Guzzetta Dr, Berwick, LA was arrested on July 20, 2012 at 4:12pm for hit and run. The complainant told the responding deputy that her vehicle was struck by another vehicle while crossing the Hwy. 182 bridge between Berwick and Morgan City. The deputy located the suspect vehicle and following an investigation issued Bias a summons to appear in court on October 4, 2012.

Megan Falgout, 28, 1206 Clements Ln, Morgan City, LA was arrested on July 20, 2012 at 7:22pm at the Wal-Mart in Bayou Vista for theft. A deputy responded to a complaint of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the deputy learned from store security that Falgout was observed Falgout place items in her purse and attempt to leave the store. The items had a total value of $4.77. Falgout was released on a summons to appear in court on October 4, 2012.

Olbin Lopez, 30, 7257 Hwy. 182, Amelia LA, was arrested on July 21, 2012 on Hwy. 182 in Amelia for reckless operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle without lawful presence in the United States, and failure to provide proof of insurance. A deputy observed Lopez do a donut in the parking lot of a local bar. Lopez then proceeded to travel at a high rate of speed. The deputy conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation the deputy learned that Lopez was driving without lawful presence in the US and that he had no insurance. Lopez was transported to the parish jail for booking and
incarceration. Lopez's bond is set at $1250.

Juzazz J. Archield, 30, 125 Fortier Ln, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on July 21, 2012 at 5:21pm on a warrant for failure to appear. While responding to a complaint of a home burglary at the address listed above the deputy learned that there was a warrant for Archield's arrest. Archield was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Archield was released on a $2000 bond.

Jerry P. Mayon, 27, 116 Degravelle Rd, Amelia, LA was arrested on July 22, 2012 at 3:34am at the address above for domestic abuse battery. A deputy responded to a complaint of domestic abuse. Upon arrival the deputy learned that during an argument Mayon struck the victim. Mayon was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.

Pamela J. Cain, 50, 133 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 22, 2012 at the address above for disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting an officer, and battery of a police officer. A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance. During the investigation and subsequent arrest Cain began yelling profanities and kicked the deputy and the window of the patrol unit. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Cain's bond is set at
$2250.
