St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 72 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 95 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Earl C. Fabre 30 yoa of 3049 Winnipeg Dr., Baton Rouge, La. was arrested on 5-11-2012 at 1:47 pm on a warrant for Probation Violation. The suspect was located in the Courthouse, placed under arrest, on warrant, and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Marc Ramsey 31 yoa of 607 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista was arrested on 5-11-2012 at 1:49 pm for Unauthorized Use of an Access Card. The arrest stems from an investigation into the use of an access card being used at Wal-mart in Bayou Vista. The suspect was located and after an investigation, was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 8-17-2012.

Alistair C. Burgess 27 yoa of 246 Chitimacha Loop, Charenton was arrested on 5-12-2012 at 2:32 am for Unauthorized use of a Movable. The deputy was called to 15810 Hwy 182 in reference to removing a subject from complainant's residence at 118 Big Bear Lane in Franklin. Upon the deputy's arrival complainant advised that she wanted the suspect removed from her residence. During the investigation, it was learned that suspect had taken the complainant's vehicle. Upon the deputy returning to the residence, the complainant's vehicle was located back at her residence. The deputy checked the residence, but the suspect was gone. The deputy located the suspect at his residence, and then conducted an investigation. After the investigation, the suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $1000.00 bond and was later released.

Tracey Guillory 40 yoa and Charles L. Jackson 43 yoa both of 212 Southeast Blvd., Bayou vista were arrested on 5-12-2012 at 5:43 pm for Domestic Abuse Battery. A deputy was called to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon the deputy's arrival, it was learned that Guillory went to the residence to retrieve belongings when she and Jackson got into an altercation. This altercation resulted with both suspects committing batteries upon each other. After an investigation, both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Travis W. Montgomery 37 yoa of 500 Bessie St., Patterson was arrested on 5-13-2012 at 8:44 pm for Domestic Abuse Battery. A deputy was called to the above location in reference to a disturbance. Upon the deputy's arrival it was learned that the suspect and his wife were arguing, and the suspect was throwing items around the residence. One of the items thrown was a bowl, and it struck the victim in the stomach area. The suspect was allowed to leave the residence with family to calm down the situation. A deputy was later called back to the residence advising that the suspect continued to call and text victim threatening her. A deputy then went to 100 Andrew St. in Patterson and located the suspect. After an investigation he was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
