James Smith Jr. 25 years old of 2600 Westridge # 185, HoustonTexas was arrested on 5-27-2010 at 3:03 pm for Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Obstruction of Justice. Agents were assisting Detectives with a search warrant at
421 Fourth St. in Franklin when above suspect fled on foot. Agents gave chase and observed suspect throw an item under a trailer before apprehending him. Agents recovered item and learned it was a bag of marijuana. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $7500.00 bond at this time.
