Avery Bolden 30 year old of 301 Gumpoint Lane, Franklin was arrested on 5-26-2010 at 5:55 pm for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Failure to Signal. Agents of the Narcotics Task force were patrolling the St. Joseph area, when they conducted a traffic stop for suspect vehicle failing to signal. During investigation a bag of marijuana was located on suspect's person. Agents also located several other bags of marijuana in suspect's vehicle. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
