St. Mary Parish Narcotics Daily Arrest Report- September 28, 2010

Larron Tinguee 33 years old of 1506 Hwy 318, Jeanerette, La., and Donald W. Gilbeau 43 years old of 724 Pepper Road, Jeanerette, La., were arrested on 9-27-2010 at 4:51 pm with Tinguee being charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of CDS, Presence of a CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Gilbeau being charged with Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Open Alcoholic Container and Possession of CDs in the Presence of a Juvenile. Agents were patrolling the Four Corners area, when they observed suspect vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation Agent located a gun in the center console, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Also during investigation Gilbeau a passenger in the vehicle was located with a bag of marijuana and an open alcoholic container. After investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bonds at this time.
