St. Mary Parish Narcotics Daily Arrest- July 29, 2010
Clarence Grogan 57 years old of 3056 Sixth St., Berwick was arrested on 7-28-2010 at 6:20 pm for Failure to Signal, Driving Under Suspension, Possession of Liquid Hydrocodone, Possession of a Legend Drug (Bidil) and Possession of a Legend Drug (Zestril). Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Patterson area, when suspect was observed failing to use signal. Agent conducted a traffic stop and learned that suspect was also driving under suspension. During investigation consent to search was obtained with Agents locating two pills and a bottle of liquid Hydrocodone in the vehicle. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
