St. Mary Parish Narcotics Daily Arrest Report- July 15, 2010
Joshua P. Francois 18 years old of 702 Greenwood St., Morgan City was arrested on 7-14-2010 at 2:50 pm for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Obstruction of Justice. Agent was patrolling Hwy 90 in the Morgan City area, when he conducted a traffic stop when a vehicle crossed the center line. During investigation Agent observed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and removed subjects from the vehicle. Agent conducted an investigation with above suspect a passenger in the vehicle. Suspect was found to be concealing a bag that contained seven smaller bags of marijuana in his pants. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
